Adam is the man you will normally deal with on the end of the phone or keyboard! He has been diving for 27 years, and been teaching diving for nearly 24! During that time, he has amassed over 4000 dives! Adam is originally from South Africa -although he has been resident in the UK for over 10 years. After leaving Africa, he travelled the world, teaching diving and diving in most of the worlds diving meccas!

As well as teaching PADI recreational courses, When he isn't at work, Adam tends to be diving! His own personal dives tend to be with camera at home and abroad. He is also an underwater photographer, some of his work can be seen at http://www.adamhanlon.com. He is the editor of Wetpixel-the world's leading resource for Underwater Imaging.

PADI IDC Staff Instructor

EFR Instructor

Alf is one of our staunch part-timers, having been diving pretty much continuously since he trained in 1999. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the quarry-if you need to know how to get from one object to another-he's your man!

Alf has clocked up over a thousand dives since he began, and really enjoys teaching divers, and leading them on dives. He has also dived in some dream locations, Scapa Flow and the West Coast of Ireland among them!

Tracey Ingham

PADI IDC Staff Instructor.

EFR Instructor

Tracey is another of our great part time crew! Tracey has been diving for about three years, and has managed to notch up some great diving here and abroad. Her patient and persistent approach mean that she is great at giving divers the support and encouragement they need to excel in their courses.

Tracey is involved in training activities at all levels, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask her!

David Kneale

PADI Assistant Instructor.

David has been diving for about years and has managed to pack in a lot of training and diving into that time. He has dived extensively here, but also has dived in Malta, The Red Sea, UK South Coast and off Northern Ireland.

Apart from being an excellent role model as a diver, he also drives (in my humble opinion) the nicest car of any of us!

Roger Heron

PADI Divemaster

Roger has been diving here at Capernwray for many years, and with Alf has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Quarry. He has been involved at all levels of training, so is another great source for information.
